If an outdoor event needs to be canceled due to poor weather conditions...
We must be notified by phone, before 8:00 am on carts scheduled for delivery up to 1:00 pm.
On carts scheduled for delivery later in the day, we must be notified before 11:00 am
We will not apply any cancellation charges, unless unique, customized
or large quantities of product were ordered for your event.
If this is the case and we can re-schedule your event within the next few upcoming weeks,
no charges will be applied.
